If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to contact me! I’m happy to help any way I can!
* I ordered my invitation, now what?
Once you have selected and purchased your invitation, email me your photo(s) and wording for the card, and I will get a proof to you within 24 hours. If the card has several layout options (which you can view by clicking the numbers under the product image, if applicable), please specify which you would like.
After the final proof is approved, if you have purchased the digital file, I will email you the high resolution file for you to print however you would like. If you have purchased prints, at this time I will put in the order for prints and have them shipped out to you to arrive within a week, unless otherwise noted (please be advised that holiday card season keeps me BUSY, and therefore, your order may take between 7-10 days to arrive).
* I ordered a custom invitation, now what?
Once you have purchased your custom invitation, email me exactly what you had in mind for your card. Let me know if you had certain colors, patterns, layouts, graphics and wording in mind. I will get started on your card right away and have a proof to you within 48 hours.

* I purchased a digital file, where do you recommend that I have it printed?
For cardstock matte prints, which I much prefer the look of, personally, you may have them printed at Office Depot, Office Max, Copy Corner, Kinko’s or someplace similar.
For prints on photo paper, you can upload them as a picture to your favorite photo printer, such as Walgreens, Costco, Target, and Walmart.
I’m not very familiar with the blog design elements. And what is the difference between a 2 column design and a 3 column?
The blogs below have different elements in place, but they’re labeled to give you a better idea of the parts that comprise each package.
* How long does it usually take for my blog design to be completed?
Once your scheduled day arrives, I will begin working on your blog design. You should have an invitation to view a test blog or an emailed header preview (WordPress blogs) within 48 hours of that day. From there, it generally only takes 1-2 days if there are not many changes and if you’re good about replying to emails.
* I purchased my blog design package, now what?
After purchasing the package you would like, please fill out the blog design questionnaire letting me know exactly what you had in mind for your blog design. I will email you shortly to let you know what day I will be doing your design. I’ll email with any questions once I get started on your design.
* I really love those cartoon figures I see in your portfolio and on some of my favorite blogs! Can I just give you a detailed description of an illustration and you create it for me?
Unfortunately, I’m not a digital sketch artist. I wish I was! My customers generally get those from istockphoto.com or dreamstime.com, and if you don’t see what you’re looking for there, you can look into getting a custom illustration drawn to match what you had in mind. Let me know if you’d like to go that route and I can refer you to an artist.
* Help! Blogger says my invitation to view the test blog is expired! You need to send me another invitation.
Blogger actually doesn’t allow duplicate invitations, so you’ll just need to return to the URL of the test blog, just not through the link they emailed. If you need that URL, feel free to email me.
* I purchased a custom logo, how do I get it?
Once you have purchased your custom logo design, email me exactly what you had in mind for your logo. Let me know if you had certain colors, layouts, graphics and fonts in mind, and what the logo should say. I will get started on your logo right away and have a proof to you within 48 hours.
